These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on slumbo.co, operated by Enzo Gonzalez (registration number 982652935, Quint-Fonsegrives, France).

2. Product Information We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel or amend affected orders, with a full refund offered.

3. Order Confirmation An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute a guarantee of stock availability; in rare cases of unavailability, you will be notified and refunded.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. UK consumers retain all statutory protections under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of this governing law clause.
