Refund & Returns Policy
At Slumbo, your satisfaction matters to us.
Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items returned in used condition, without original packaging, or outside the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.slumbo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Unless the item received is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, pillows that have been used, unpackaged and slept on cannot be returned unless faulty.
